1️⃣ Shipping Areas

  • We deliver throughout the European Union: Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.

  • International shipping is available upon request.
    👉 For destinations outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order.


2️⃣ Delivery Times

  • Average delivery times: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the product and destination.

  • Special or custom-made machinery may require longer lead times.

  • In case of delay, our customer service will inform you and provide a new estimated delivery time.


3️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • Fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Exact costs are displayed in your cart before payment.

  • For large agricultural machinery, a personalized transport quotation may be provided.


4️⃣ Carriers

We work exclusively with trusted and specialized carriers in the agricultural and industrial sectors to ensure:

  • Safe delivery.

  • Proper handling of heavy equipment.

  • Real-time tracking whenever available.


5️⃣ Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.


6️⃣ Order Receipt

  • Upon delivery, it is essential to inspect the condition of the package and the product in the presence of the carrier.

  • In case of issues (missing item, damaged product, broken packaging), please:

    1. Note your reservations on the delivery slip.

    2. Take photos as evidence.

    3. Immediately contact contact@rolmakoo.com.

Without these reservations, it may be difficult to hold the carrier responsible.


7️⃣ Shipping Insurance

All our shipments are covered by transport insurance appropriate to the value of the goods.
In the event of proven damage during transport, a refund or replacement procedure will be initiated.


8️⃣ Delays & Force Majeure

Rolmako cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • carrier strikes,

  • exceptional weather conditions,

  • customs or sanitary restrictions,

  • any other case of force majeure.
