🔄 Refund and Returns Policy – Rolmako

At ROLMAKO HENRYK KOWALSKI Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter “Rolmako,” “we,” or “our company”), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy defines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1️⃣ Scope

This policy applies to all products sold via our website rolmakoo.com:

  • New and used agricultural machinery.

  • Agricultural equipment and accessories.

  • Spare parts and consumables.


2️⃣ Right of Withdrawal (EU Private Customers)

In accordance with European consumer law, private customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Special-order spare parts.

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used.


3️⃣ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition and complete (including parts, accessories, documentation).

  • Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or return.


4️⃣ Return Procedure

  1. Notification: The customer must notify Rolmako of their return request by email at contact@rolmakoo.com within the 14-day period.

  2. Validation: Rolmako will acknowledge receipt of the request and provide return instructions.

  3. Shipping: The customer must ship the product to the address provided, at their own expense, unless the return is due to an error by Rolmako.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, Rolmako will inspect the product and confirm acceptance or rejection of the return.


5️⃣ Refunds

  • In the event of a valid withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days maximum after receipt and inspection of the product.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to Rolmako’s error.


6️⃣ Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or non-compliant, the customer may request an exchange at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products missing or with damaged original packaging.


8️⃣ Legal Warranty and After-Sales Service

This policy does not affect the statutory warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects, as provided under European and Polish law.
