These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter “GTCU”) define the rules applicable to the use of the website rolmakoo.com and to the purchase of products offered by ROLMAKO HENRYK KOWALSKI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (hereinafter “Rolmako,” “we,” or “our company”).

These GTCU govern:

  1. The conditions of use of the rolmakoo.com website.

  2. The sales terms applicable to products marketed by Rolmako, including:

    • New and used agricultural machinery,

    • Agricultural equipment and accessories,

    • Spare parts and consumables.

3️⃣ Website Use

  • Access to the website is free of charge (excluding internet connection costs).

  • Users agree to use the website lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Rolmako cannot be held liable for:

    • technical issues or interruptions,

    • data loss,

    • fraudulent intrusions.

Any abusive use, hacking attempts, or unauthorized data extraction are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4️⃣ Products and Availability

  • Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy.

  • Photos and descriptions are provided for reference only and are not contractually binding.

  • Product availability depends on stock levels and may change without prior notice.

5️⃣ Orders

  • Any order placed via our website constitutes acceptance of these GTCU.

  • Rolmako reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of:

    • suspected fraud.

  • Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) or Polish zlotys (PLN), as applicable.

  • Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other secure solutions displayed during checkout.

  • Full payment is required before shipment.

7️⃣ Delivery

  • Products are shipped within the European Union and, upon request, internationally.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

  • Rolmako shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, health crises, etc.).

8️⃣ Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Rolmako until full payment is received.

9️⃣ Warranty and After-Sales Service

  • New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Used products may include a specific warranty, indicated in the sales offer.

  • Any after-sales requests must be sent to contact@rolmakoo.com.

🔟 Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with EU consumer law, private customers have a 14-day withdrawal period, except for:

    • customized or made-to-order machinery,

    • special-order spare parts.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rolmako declines any liability in cases of improper or non-compliant use of products.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility of spare parts before purchase.

  • In case of direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products, Rolmako’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
